Scope and Definitions

Betobet governs all sports betting offered on its platform. A market is a defined bet on a specific outcome of an eligible event. Official result means the final outcome published by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. The market outcome is determined by the official result unless the market description provides a different settlement method.

Market Settlement Principles

Markets are settled when the outcome is determined by an official result. If an outright market is decided by an official announcement, Betobet may void any bets placed after the publication of the outcome. If a match has not concluded and is decided after the regular duration, bets are settled according to the standard rules described for the market. Markets that include overtime or extra periods are settled after the period ends, unless the market description states otherwise. Penalty shootouts are considered only if the market explicitly includes them.

Event Status and Postponements

Betobet reserves the right to void or cancel bets if an event is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within the allowed window. If a match is postponed or rescheduled, bets remain valid if the restart occurs within 48 hours of the original start time. If the event is not resumed within that window, undecided bets may be void and stakes refunded. Markets tied to a teams qualification in a cup or playoff are void if the match is postponed beyond the window unless the event is rescheduled within the allowed period. Outright markets remain valid unless the event becomes incapable of completion.

Live Betting

Live bets are available on main and additional outcomes. A live bet is considered accepted after confirmation on the server. Live odds offered at acceptance are fixed for that bet and do not change. If an interruption occurs and the match resumes within five hours, bets remain valid. If it does not resume within five hours, unsettled live bets on non final outcomes are settled at odds of one unless the result has already been determined. Live bets are not edited or deleted.

Outright Markets and Play or Pay

Outright markets cover participants or teams for the duration of a competition. Betobet applies a play or pay rule whereby bets on listed participants stand even if a listed participant fails to participate. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets remain valid while some individual markets may be void. Head to head markets are excluded from the play or pay rule. Markets tied to team or participant performance remain subject to this rule unless stated otherwise in the market description.

Disputes and Data Integrity

In cases of suspected fraud or manipulation Betobet may withhold settlement or payout and report to the appropriate authorities. Betobet relies on official data sources and broadcast data when settling results. If conflicting data is encountered, settlement may be suspended pending verification. VAR decisions that conflict with on field decisions may void bets during the incident window unless the market specifies otherwise. The final decision when data inconsistencies are unresolved will be resolved by Betobet in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Odds and Settlement Timing

Odds displayed to customers are two decimal places. Internal calculations for total odds may use higher precision, with the final payout being settled at two decimal places. The maximum interval between settlement and any re settlement is thirty days.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellations

Bets are accepted before the event start. Live bets are accepted during the event. Bets accepted after the start of an event are invalid for pre event bets but valid for live bets. Bet acceptance may be voided at Betobet sole discretion for palpable error or suspected misconduct. If a bet is canceled, the stake is refunded in full. In cases of technical error or other issues, Betobet may re evaluate and adjust settlements.

Market Formats and Halftime Calculation

Bet formats include standard multi segment structures as described in each market. If the official duration of an event falls outside the defined range for the format, markets on that event may be voided. For formats described as three halves, halftime is calculated as total duration divided by two. Changes to market formats are described in the event market description.

Scorers and Special Bets

Scorer related bets such as first scorer, last scorer and anytime scorer apply to regular time unless the market specifies otherwise. Own goals counted as not scoring for the purpose of scorer markets unless the market states otherwise. If the match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, bets on the first scorer may stand while bets on the last scorer could be void depending on market terms. Bets on eligible players apply as described by the market description.

Governing Law and Rule Revisions

Betobet reserves the right to amend these rules. The most recent version governs all bets. The rules are governed by the jurisdiction under which Betobet operates and licensing requirements. Betobet maintains compliance programs including KYC and AML and will cooperate with authorities in accordance with applicable law.
