Overview of the Betobet Affiliates Program

The Betobet Affiliates Program administers partner referrals and corresponding remunerations for traffic directed to the Betobet platform. Participation is subject to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and applicable gaming and consumer protection laws. By applying to join and by promoting Betobet services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms in their entirety.

Definitions

  • Affiliate: An individual or legal entity approved to participate in the Betobet Affiliates Program.
  • Referred Player: A person who registers on the Betobet platform using the Affiliate's unique tracking link or code.
  • Commission: The earnings payable to the Affiliate for eligible activity of Referred Players, calculated according to the current rate schedule published in the Affiliate Portal.
  • Eligible Revenue: Net revenue recognized by Betobet from bets placed by Referred Players, exclusive of bonuses where applicable or prohibited by policy.
  • Level Up Reward: A per-referral incentive payable when a referred player achieves predefined activity milestones, up to a stated per-referral maximum.
  • Payout: Transfer of earned commissions to the Affiliate in the Affiliate's chosen currency in accordance with the Portal rules.
  • Portal: The Affiliate Portal used to manage campaigns, view performance data, and request payouts.
  • Tracking: The mechanism by which Betobet attributes activity to the Affiliate via unique identifiers and cookies.

Enrollment and Eligibility

To participate, you must complete the Affiliate registration through the Betobet Affiliate Portal, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable laws, including age and location restrictions. Approval is at Betobet's sole discretion. Betobet reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate for non‑compliance, invalid traffic, fraud, or any actions that could harm Betobet's reputation or operations.

Tracking, Reporting and Data Handling

Betobet provides real‑time performance reporting and monthly statements via the Portal. Tracking is performed through unique affiliate identifiers and cookies. The reporting captures metrics such as the number of Referred Players, wagering activity attributable to the Affiliate, eligible revenue, and earned commissions. Betobet processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The Affiliate consents to such processing for the purpose of administering the program and remitting payments.

Commission Model and Payouts

Base Commission: The Affiliate earns a percentage of Eligible Revenue for Referred Players, subject to the current rate schedule. Tiered increases: For every aggregate milestone of referred earnings achieved by the Affiliate, the Commission rate increases by ten percentage points, up to a cap defined in the Portal. Example progression: 10% at baseline, 20% after the first milestone, up to a maximum of 50% where earned thresholds are met. Level Up Reward: For each referred player who reaches a predefined activity level, the Affiliate receives a Level Up Reward of up to $200 per qualifying referral, subject to the limits and timing specified in the Portal. Payouts: Commissions are paid in the Affiliate's selected currency in accordance with the payout schedule published in the Portal. Payments are subject to verification and reconciliation and may be withheld or adjusted if discrepancies, fraud, or non‑compliance are detected. Betobet reserves the right to modify payout mechanisms, rates, and schedules with notice in the Portal.

Tracking Links, Marketing Compliance and Prohibited Practices

Each Affiliate is issued a unique tracking link and promotional materials via the Portal. Affiliates must not alter tracking parameters in a manner that defeats attribution. Marketing activities must comply with applicable advertising standards and regulatory requirements. Prohibited practices include misrepresentation of Betobet services, inducements that distort decision making, and traffic that originates from unlawful or disreputable sources. Betobet reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations.

Compliance, KYC and Security

Betobet may require verification of the Affiliate's identity and eligibility to receive payments (KYC). The Affiliate must provide such documents upon reasonable request. The Affiliate must maintain secure access to the Portal and promptly report any suspected unauthorized activity. The Affiliate must ensure that all promotions direct legitimate, consenting audiences to Betobet and do not target minors or restricted jurisdictions where Betobet is not permitted.

Brand Usage, Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Affiliates may use Betobet marks only in accordance with Brand Guidelines issued in the Portal. All promotional content and materials supplied by Betobet remain Betobet's exclusive property. The Affiliate shall not disclose Betobet confidential information or use any Betobet data beyond the scope of the Affiliate relationship without prior written consent.

Term, Termination and Effects

This Agreement remains in force until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate with notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate will be paid any earned, unpaid commissions in accordance with the Portal rules and applicable law, subject to any post‑termination obligations or holds for fraud, dispute, or regulatory compliance. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Betobet's liability to an Affiliate is limited to the value of earned commissions that are properly due and payable under this Agreement. Betobet makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated, and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement in relation to the Affiliate program and promotions.

Amendments, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Betobet may modify these Terms in whole or in part. Amendments take effect as published in the Portal. Continued participation after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Betobet operates, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute resolution requirements that may apply.
