Definitions and Balances

Betobet maintains two balances on every account: a Real Balance and a Bonus Balance. Bonuses are credited exclusively to the Bonus Balance and are distinct from real money.

  • Real Balance: the funds used first for wagers unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
  • Bonus Balance: funds credited under a promotion or bonus and subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and other restrictions.

Bonuses and their associated winnings are displayed in the user profile. If a bonus is not intended for a player's profile, it will not be shown as available.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

Participation in Betobet promotions is subject to identity verification and anti‑money laundering checks. The following restrictions apply to eligibility for bonuses:

  • One person, one household, one device, one IP address, and one payment method may be eligible for bonuses; Betobet reserves the right to enforce these limits.
  • Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction. Where a promotion is unavailable in a country, Betobet will not display it to the user.
  • Any duplication of registrations, sharing of accounts, or other promotion abuse may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and may lead to account suspension or termination.

Activation, Opt-In, and Promotion Inventory

Bonuses require explicit opt-in or completion of condition(s) set by the promotion (for example, making a deposit or applying a code). A user may hold multiple offers but may wager only one promotion at a time. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum payout, which are stated in the offer terms.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering on bonus funds must be completed prior to withdrawal of any bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom. The standard wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount or the combined bonus amount and related winnings, whichever applies per offer, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

  • Slots contribute 100% toward wagering.
  • Live casino and table games contribute 5% toward wagering.
  • Video poker and other eligible games contribute 5% unless the promotion states a different rate.
  • Certain games may be excluded from wagering or contribute at reduced rates; excluded games are identified in the offer details.

Progress toward wagering is displayed in the user’s wagering tracker within their account.

Bet Limits During Wagering

During wagering on a bonus, a per‑bet cap is applicable. The standard cap is the equivalent of 5 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD per spin; an equivalent cap applies in other currencies. This cap applies to all bet types while wagering. The in‑game “buy feature” options count as spins for wagering purposes. Exceeding the cap can affect wagering progress and may lead to disqualification of non‑compliant bets.

Time Limits, Expiration, and Forfeiture

Bonuses carry expiration periods. The default bonus validity is 14 days from the moment the bonus is credited, unless the offer specifies otherwise. Free spins generally have a separate activation window and duration, commonly 3–7 days for activation and subsequent 3–7 days to claim results. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it become void. Balances tied to bonuses may be cancelled if the promotion is terminated or if improper activity is detected.

Withdrawals and Cashout Rules

Withdrawals that include bonus‑derived winnings are subject to verification and may be blocked until wagering requirements are satisfied. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting wagering conditions, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus may be forfeited. Betobet may impose withdrawal limits as follows unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

  • Maximum withdrawal per week: €10,000; per calendar month: €30,000.
  • If the player has made fewer than five deposits prior to a withdrawal of bonus winnings, a daily cap of €1,000 may apply.

Winnings from bonus money are limited to the applicable cap and may be adjusted upon withdrawal processing as required by the promotion terms.

No-Deposit Bonuses, Special Offers, and Restrictions

No‑deposit bonuses are offered under separate terms and conditions. They usually carry higher wagering requirements and a maximum payout cap. Winnings exceeding the cap will be forfeited at withdrawal. No‑deposit wagers follow the standard contribution rules unless the offer specifies otherwise. No‑deposit bonuses may be rescinded, and any earnings forfeited, if misuse or promotion abuse is detected or if a deposit is subsequently made during wagering on the bonus.

Promotion Abuse and Enforcement

Betobet may suspend, revoke, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or winnings if there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse or manipulation of offers. Examples of abuse include delaying bets to extend wagering requirements, using bonus funds to progress through a promotion without real money risk, exploiting software bugs, or creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses. In such cases, Betobet reserves the right to confiscate all funds, void winnings, and deny future participation in promotions.

Changes to Terms

Betobet reserves the right to modify or supplement these bonus terms at any time. The current version governs active promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise. Where multiple language versions exist, the English version governs interpretation unless a country‑specific version is expressly indicated.
