Introduction

These Terms govern every use of Betobet’s betting and gaming Services (the “Service”). By opening an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Betobet’s Privacy Policy. You may open only one Betobet Account; duplicate Accounts may be closed, with potential for forfeiture of bonuses and funds.

Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML)

Betobet may conduct identity verification checks (including document upload and optional third‑party data checks) to confirm identity and age. You authorize Betobet to perform such checks and to verify contact details. Betobet may suspend withdrawals while verification is pending. If information provided is false or incomplete, Betobet may terminate the Account and deny access to Services. For deposits and withdrawals, Betobet may request evidence of the source of funds (SOF) for deposits that exceed defined thresholds, such as a sum equivalent to EUR 2,000 or more, to comply with AML requirements.

Account Security and Conduct

You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. Notify Betobet immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Betobet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use where you failed to protect credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Conditions

You may only deposit from funds that belong to you and in your own name. Betobet does not permit third‑party deposits. Deposits and withdrawals must comply with applicable laws and Betobet’s internal verification requirements. Payment methods used must be registered in your name. Betobet may impose limits on deposits and withdrawals, and may charge or bear fees as permitted by applicable law. Prohibited Activities and Account Integrity

Betobet will not tolerate collusion, cheating, bot usage, or any activity that distorts fair play. Betobet may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Account and forfeit funds when it reasonably suspects such activity. Betobet may also suspend or terminate Services if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Funds held in a Betobet Account are non‑interest bearing and remain the property of Betobet until withdrawal validated by Betobet.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering

Promotions are subject to separate terms and any applicable Bonus Conditions. Bonuses may be withdrawn only after meeting wagering requirements and within the applicable promotion period. Betobet may modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time with notice or as otherwise permitted by law. The maximum allowable bets during a promotion may be capped (for example, a casino bonus may limit a single spin to a specified amount).

Excluded Jurisdictions

Betobet restricts account creation and participation from certain jurisdictions. The list of excluded territories is subject to change and may include countries where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. If you are located in an excluded jurisdiction, you must not open an account or use the Service. Termination, Suspension and Suspension Rights

Betobet may suspend or terminate Your Account and access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraud, or regulatory non‑compliance. Upon termination, all rights and obligations that are intended to survive shall continue, including ownership, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions.
